Service Description
Zamdon provides innovative solar energy solutions to customers worldwide. Our services include design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar products and equipment. We strive to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction at all times.

Payment and Billing
Payment for our services is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal. Invoices will be issued once payment has been received, and all prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes or fees.

Warranty and Liability
We stand behind the quality of our products and services and offer warranties on all items we sell and install. Warranty claim: in general, serial number(S/N）must be provided in order to claim warranty. Basically, the standard warranty period is 3 years from the date of installation, and no more than 3 and half years from the date of delivery from Zamdon factory.

Confidentiality and Privacy
We understand the importance of confidentiality and privacy in our business dealings. We will not disclose any confidential information obtained during the course of our work without prior written consent from the relevant parties. We also take measures to protect the personal information of our customers in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement for our services at any time by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any outstanding balances must be paid in full, and any uncompleted work will be finalized as soon as possible.
